Market demand:

Maximum permissible total weight of 7.49 tonnes, able to drive with class 3 or the new C1 driver license. --- Additional car in the motor home. --- Premium RV with comfortable furniture. --- up to one week without service --- at least 500 kg payload according DIN including the small car. Prepared for hibernating. Chassis: The lightest frame, the Iveco Euro Cargo Type ML80E18/FP. --- platform changes were carried out in lightweight construction. -- All kinds of chassis air tanks out of aluminium. --- 4 cylinder Common Rail Euro 5 engine (3,920 cc / 130kW) with automated ZF sixspeed transmission (six-cylinder engine available)

Base structure:

a combined sandwich construction, partly self-supporting. --- Large sized double bottom for technical equipment, and as storage space. -- Wall and roof construction in newly developed fibreglass sandwich construction - 42 mm thick and a weight <5 kg / sqm. --- Front in carbon fibre- glass fibre construction with only 60% weight of a conventional design. --- Frameless doors in bus form. --- Ramps for cars in carbon fibre as well.
Energy supply of the body and the chassis:
2 pc lithium-ion batteries with a total capacity of 320 Ah / 24 volts. Comparable ampere-hours in a conventional design with GEL or AGM batteries with a battery bank of around 5-6 St. 200 AH / 12 V possible. Summary: only of weight and of space plus much better voltage characteristics. For the end of 2010 or in 2011 a fuel cell could be available with diesel reforming and the following performance: 1000 W el. and 3000 W heat (other fuel cells provide max. 90 W or 250 W with gas reforming). Furthermore, no solar cells required.
Kitchen equipment like at home:
induction cook top, a microwave oven, coffee maker, refrigerator / freezer compressor standard kitchen faucets, etc. Entertainment: Bose Surround (Lifestyle V30 sound system) in the living room, Bose Lifestyle (SA-3 with 2 x 161er speakers) in the sleeping area. --- Beamer: Leica D1200 Full HD 1080p with spec. canvas 47by Stumpfl. --- 2 x connection to laptops (1 x desk front, 1x sleeping area) or LC-Displays possible. --- Kathrein CAP 910 satellite system with GPS positioning and HD (S2) receiver.

Heating:

No gas on board. 1 x main diesel heating Eberspacher Hydronic M10 regulated 1.5 to 9.9 kW with catalytic converter plus Airtronic-air heating, also with front exhaust catalyst. --- Spec for diesel heating system developed heating circuits and indirectly working floor heating, heated indirectly. --- 2 x 1000 Watt/230V-electric heating for direct heating or to hibernate. --- Additional 1 x 400 Watt/24Volt-heating element for separate production of hot water from the batteries. --- Later, an additional 3000 watts from the fuel cell. Hibernating without problems due to the fact that all winter-relevant parts are heated.

Hot water:

double boiler with reserve of hot water = 10 l plus 25 l hot water.

Fresh Water:

PE-tank with opening and cleaning access. --- Filled via direct connection with necOonX silver-and copper ion system-for long-term preservation of the water. --- Additional equipment for O3 (ozone) ionization. --- Hose and pipe systems are food safe. Town water connection with pressure reduction to 2.5 bar.

Gray water (wastewater) and excrement tanks:
PE standard versions, with subsequent macerator. All supply and waste activities located in front of the rear left axis in preparation for the upcoming supply stations.

Furniture:

New kind of Furniture with 30% weight reduction, possible use of real wood veneer.

Security:

all-round camera systems with: 1 x Front, 1 x left, right and 1 x 2 x rear. GPS tracking system. --- Doors and flaps with central locking and closing help. --- 3 x SKA-driving seat systems with three point seat belts plus two 3-point seat belts. --- Driver and passenger seat with massage functions. Xenon light and (if possible) any other lighting devices in LED technology. Truck navigation with a separate monitor. Dimensions and weights of the study: Equipment: maximum possible configuration. basic weight: 6.1 tons, according to DIN loading = 6.41 t, length: 9250 mm, width (without marquee = 2420 mm): 2530 mm, Height: 3580 mm overall. Fuel tank capacity: 125 l + 86 l = 211 l total with two filler left and right, oil: 150 l Fresh water: 213 l + 165 l = 378 l total, gray water: 307 l Holding: 135 l. All tanks heated. Dimensions for possible-series car: Base weight with standard equipment: about 5.5 tonnes, according to DIN loading about 5.t, length: 9000 mm, width (without awning = 2420 mm): 2530 mm, height (without roof 3450 mm): about 3580 mm on al-les. Fuel tank capacity: 125 l Fresh water: about 2 x 150 l, gray water: 250 l Holding: 100 l. All tanks heated. Hibernating possible. The mobile home was built in cooperation by Encon and FR-Mobil in 2009 and 2010 and is currently under test. The car will be displayed at this year's Caravan Salon at the booth of FR-Mobil Hall 14, booth B24, shown and is presented by FR-Mobil and the developer of the motor home Encon represented by Mr Friedhelm Biell
