Autodesk CAD Overlay

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course has been designed to show the student how to use Autodesk CAD Overlay software tools in a simulation of an AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) design project. Students will learn how to insert and manipulate an object image, use linear and non-linear correlation tools to match an image to a coordinate sysytem, manage image information, use a histogram to enhance image display, edit raster data in an image object, convert raster data to vectors, create and save a hybrid drawing with CAD Overlay, AEC Tools and Sheet Manager. Exercises, case studies, and test questions complement classroom discussion. Prerequisites are knowledge of the Windows environment & AutoCAD. 2-day (16-hour) course Instructor was very knowledgeable and inspires confidence in training. Christian, April 1999
