1. Jackthefrontofthecarupintheairandsupportonaxlestands.DONOTwork underthecarwithjustajacktakingtheweight.Openthebonnet.Workinginthe wheelarches,removethe8mmselftappingscrewatthetopofthearchandthe poppertypefixinghalfwaydownthearch,byleveringundereachsideofthe popperuntilitcanbewithdrawn.Dothisonbothwheelarches.
2. Removethefrontnumberplate(ourswasstuckonuseheatfromahairdryerto softentheglueandbendtheplateoffslowly)andpulloutthefixinginthemiddleof thebumper.
3. Workingunderthefrontofthecar,removetheengineundertraybyremovingthe15 (yes15)popperstylefixings,5downeachside.
.andfiveunderthefront.Theundertrayshouldnowpullfreetowardsthebackof thecar.
4. Stillunderthecar,removetheedgesofthebumperformthewheelarchliners,two oneachsideofthecar.
5. Underthebonnet,undothefourT30screwsholdingthetopofthebumpertothe slampanel.TAKECAREtoremovethecorrectfourscrewsasindicated.LEAVETHE TWOMIDDLESCREWSLOOSELYSCREWEDINitwillstopthebumperfromfalling offinthenextstep.
6. Workingonthewheelarch,placeyourhandunderthearchlinerbehindthebumper andpullsharplyoutwardsthebumperisheldfirmlyinplacebythreeplasticclips.

7. Repeatonbothside,thenremovethetwoT30screwsyoustillhadlooselyscrewed in.Supporttheweightofthebumper,andpullitforwardslightlytoreachdownand undothewiringtothefoglights(simplysqueezetheconnectortoremoveit),then removethebumperandplacesomewheresafe.
8. RemovethepassengersideheadlightbyundoingthethreeT25retainingscrews, thenreleasethewiringfromtheundersidebysqueezingontheplastictabsbefore removingitfromthecar.
9. Workingbackunderthefrontofthecar,locatetheturbooutletpipe,andusinga 10mmsocket(ideallyasixsidedsocket)undobothofthestarshapedbolts.Retain thegasketforfutureuse.
10. Undothehoseclampholdingtheintercoolerinletpipefromthebottomofthestock intercoolerandremovethewholepipefromthecarwiththeturbooutletattached.
11. Undothethree13mmretainingboltsholdingtheintercoolertothechassis.Oneof themisuparoundthebackoftheintercoolerandwillrequirealongextensionpiece onyourratchet.Undotheintercoolertophose(atbothends),andremovethe intercoolerfromthecar.Removethetoprubberintercoolerhosefromthecaralso.
12. Younowneedtomounttheintercoolerontothebumperbar,butyouneedto removethebumperbarfirst.Unclipthebonnetreleasecable,removethesingle 10mmboltinthecentreandthetwo13mmnutsoneachendofthebarandremove itfromthecar.
13. Offeruptheintercoolertothebumperbar.Themountingholesonthebracketsare 295mmapart.Takethe10mmboltonthetopofthebarasthemiddle,eachofyour holesneedstobe147.5mmtotheleftandrightofthecentreofthathole.Marktwo linesonthebartorepresentthis,thenofferthecoreup.Pushthecorehardagainst thebackofthebar,withthebracketsoverthelinesyoualreadydrew,andmarkthe middleoftheholeforeachbracket.Thiswillbewhereyoudrillyourholes,andifall hasgonetoplan,thecoreshouldbeinthemiddleofthebar.

14. LooselymountthecoretothebumperusingtheM8x12bolts.Putapennywasher undereachboltthenpushthroughtheintercoolerbracket,thenonepennywasher betweenthebracketandthetopofthebumperbar.SecurewiththeM8nutinthe cavityaccessedfromthefrontofthebar.
15. Remountthebumperbartothecar,withtheintercoolerstilllooselyattached.The intercoolerneedstorestontheledgeatthebottomoftheradiatorcowling,oncein place,tightentheintercoolermountingbolts.Iftheintercoolerneedsspacing upwards,wehaveprovidedtwosparepennywasherstoplacebetweenthetopof thebumperbarandtheundersideoftheintercoolerbrackets.
16. Mountthetwo50mmsiliconcouplerstotheendsoftheintercooler,andthenlook attheintercoolerfromthesideandmarkuptheareasoftheplastictrimaroundthe cowlingthatneedstoberemoved,thenremovethetrimbypullingitawayandcut outtheplasticwithadremelorsimilar(Stanleybladeworkstoo).

17. Withthetrimremoved,youalsoneedtocutoffthelocatinglugfromtheradiator cowlingsoitscompletelyflush,andundotheT25screwholdingthehornbracket.

18. Undothe13mmnutfromthebackofthehornunit,andremovethebracket. ReplacewiththeForgehornbracketsupplied,andremountthehornwiththe bracketangledtowardsthebackofthecar.
19. Usingahacksaw,cutthebottomleft(fromthefrontofthecar)rearedgeofthe radiatorcowlapprox60mmlongand10mmdeepata45degreeangleuptothe reinforcingintheplastic.
20. NowtoinstallthepipeworkfindthehardpipewiththeCNCdturboflangeonit, andthegasketyouremovedearlierfromthestockturbooutlet.UsingtwoM8x20 allenheadboltsandasuitableallenkey,bolttheturbooutletpipeintopositionwith theoutletpointingtotheleft(fromthefrontofthecar).
21. Jointhe90degreealuminiumelbowintooneofthe90degreesiliconelbowstoform a180degreebend.Placetwohoseclipslooselyonthe90degreesiliconbend,and twohoseclipslooselyboth50mmcouplersalreadyontheintercoolerfromstep16. Observetheorientationoftheclipsasshownbelow,whichwillmakeiteasierto tightenthem.Jointheturbooutlethosetotheintercooler.Youmayneedtoadjust thehoses,andmightfinditeasiertolubricatethesiliconhoseswithasiliconspray (dashboardcleaner/backtoblackworkwell).
Whenthepipeworkisinplaceandyouhaveatleast20mmofaluminiumpipework ineachendofthesiliconhose,tightenalltheclips.Youwillfinditeasiesttotighten thesilicontoturbooutlethosefromtheback.
22. Ontheothersideofthecar,placetheremaining90degreesiliconhoseontheend ofthestockpipeworkundertheheadlight,togetherwithtwoloosehoseclips.
Inserttheremaininghardpipeintothecouplerontheintercooler,andthenpushit upintothe90degreebendjustadded.Whenitfitswell,tightenallthehoseclips.
23. Yourinstallshouldnowbecomplete,andlookinglikethis:
