Add this 2" reciever style hitch to your Mule for quick and easy bar/ball removal. Bolt in place on the rear of the machine with the included hardware. Heavy gauge steel will withstand years of abuse and has a nice black powdercoated finish. Fits all 2005-10 Mule 610's.

Easy uses basic hand tools and does not require any modifications to the existing structure of your vehicle. Most Seizmik products fall into this category. Hey, why be difficult? Skilled requires a little more skill to install properly. May require modifications to the vehicle (drilling, electrical, etc.) as well as the use of power tools. Difficult May require welding or extensive mechanical work for proper installation. Hardly any Seizmik products fall into this category but we had to say it.

Installation Instructions:
1. 2. Install the Seizmik Brush Guard. Refer to the separate Seizmik Brush Guard installation manual. Mounting brackets Attach the two hood rack mounting brackets to the top rail of the brush guard, as shown in E Figure 1. Use four of the supplied 3/8 x 2.25 bolts (H), eight 3/8 washers (I), and four 3/8 nylock nuts (J) per mounting point. Snug down the fasteners but do not fully tighten them yet.

Crush sleeves Insert a crush sleeve (B) into each cantilever arm assembly (C & D), as shown in Figure 2.

4. Cantilever arms Position the Driver side cantilever arm (C) in the mounting bracket, and insert a pivot bolt (G), as shown in Figure 3. Add a 3/8 washer and nylock nut on the other side and snug down the assembly; leave the fasteners loose enough so the components can be repositioned for fitment. A complete mounting bracket & arm assembly is shown in Figure 4. Repeat this step for the passenger side.

Lock pins Insert the 1/2 lock pins (N) into the tabs on each side of the Brush Guard, fixing the cantilever arms in place, as shown in Figure 5.

REAR RACK MOUNTING POINT

FRONT RACK MOUNTING POINT
Hood Rack Lay the rack (F) on the cantilever arms, as shown in Figure 6. Slide a 3/8x 2.25 bolt through each of the rear mounting points, and secure with a 3/8 washer and 3/8 nylock nut on the other side. Place a rack mounting clamp (O) over each front mounting point. Slide a 1/4" bolt (K) through each bolt hole, and secure with a 1/4" washer (L) and 1/4" nylock nut (M) on the other side. and snug down the assembly.
Finishing up Tighten down all fasteners. To raise the rack for hood access, simply pull out the 1/2" lock pins and swing the rack up and forward. Congratulations Youre finished!! Do not operate the vehicle without the hood rack lock pins installed. No riders should be allowed on this hood rack serious injury/death can result. This rack has a maximum weight limit of 150lbs do not overload or damage to rack & load could result.
ALWAYS follow all precautions and warnings from the manufacturer of your vehicle. Your vehicle may handle differently with a heavy load on the hood rack. Drive slowly and carefully. Always load the hood rack evenly, with the heaviest items on the bottom and lightest items on top. Always load the hood rack in such a way that your vision will be least obstructed while driving.

Installation Instructions:
1. Remove the OEM front bumper Remove the four OEM 10mm mounting bolts which attach the bumper structure, and three screws which attach the plastic trim, to the vehicle. Figure 1.

2. Mounting brackets Attach the driver-side mounting bracket (B), as shown in Figure 2, to the driver-side mounting points of the chassis. Use one of the supplied 10mm bolts (L), one thin spacer (F), and two thick spacers (G) per mounting point, as shown in Figure 3. Be sure to reconnect the vehicles hose mounting bracket to its original location on the upper mounting point. Leave both bolts just loose enough for now that the bracket can be shifted later if necessary. Repeat step 2 for the passenger side.

HOSE BRACKET
Install Brush Guard Install the Brush Guard onto the mounting brackets, as shown in Figures 4 & 5, using eight of the 3/8 x 3.25 bolts (I), sixteen 3/8 washers (J), and eight 3/8 nylock nuts (K). The front grille (D) is installed with these bolts as well, as shown in Figure 6. Leave the fasteners just loose enough for now that the components can be shifted around for fitment if necessary. Figure 4.

Tip: Have a friend hold the brush guard in place while you slide the fasteners into the bolt holes.

Diagonal Brace Install the diagonal brace, as shown in Figure 7, using the two 3/8 dia. x 2 long bolts (H), four 3/8 washers (J), and two 3/8 nylock nuts (K) as shown in Figure 7. Figure 7.
