Alesis M1Active Rebate Terms: This offer valid only with the purchase of an Alesis M1Active 520 or M1Active 620 studio monitor from authorized dealers in the United States between the dates of 10/1/06 and 12/31/06. To receive the rebate check, simply fill out the attached coupon and mail with receipt to Alesis. All claims must be postmarked no later than 1/7/07 and received on or before 1/15/07. Alesis will not honor delayed submissions due to dealers being out of stock on any product in this promotion. Proof of purchase required (photocopies accepted).
