SECURITY SYSTEM

A. All equipment and materials used shall be standard components that are regularly manufactured and used in the manufacturers system. B. All systems and components shall have been thoroughly tested and proven in actual use.
C. All systems and components shall be provided with the availability of a toll-free (U.S. and Canada), 24-hour technical assistance program (TAP) from the manufacturer. The TAP shall allow for immediate technical assistance for either the dealer/installer or the end user at no charge for as long as the product is installed. D. All systems and components shall be provided with a one-day turnaround repair express and 24-hour parts replacement. The repair and parts express shall be guaranteed by the manufacturer on warranty and nonwarranty items. 2.02 HIGH SECURITY ENCLOSURE A. The high security enclosure shall consist of a medium size, wall or ceiling mount camera housing designed specifically for use with CCD video cameras and fixed focal length lenses in high security environments. The camera enclosure shall be constructed of 10-gauge steel and shall have no exposed mounting hardware to provide maximum protection from vandalism B. The high security enclosure shall feature security fasteners that require a special tool for access and a factory-installed tamper switch mounted on the access cover. The enclosure shall be provided with three window ports and a viewing window constructed of 1/2 thick, optically clear, UV stabilized, impact-resistant Lexan. C.
