INPUTS - Plug-in connection for your guitar. VOLUME - Adjusts the loudness of the Normal channel. TREBLE / MIDDLE / BASS - Adjusts the high, middle and lowfrequency tone of the Normal channel. CHANNEL SELECT OUT Normal channel {BC} IN Drive channels {EJ} DRIVE 1 - Adjusts the distortion level of the Drive 1 channel. VOLUME 1 - Adjusts the overall loudness of the Drive 1 channel. DRIVE SELECT - Press CHANNEL SELECT {D} in to activate DRIVE SELECT. OUT Drive 1 channel {EF, J} IN Drive 2 channel {HI, J} DRIVE 2 - Adjusts the distortion level of the Drive 2 channel. VOLUME 2 - Adjusts the overall loudness of the Drive 2 channel. TREBLE / MID / BASS - Adjusts the high, middle and lowfrequency tone of the Drive channels. TIMBRE - Press repeatedly to select an amp character as indicated by the LEDs. Your selection is stored and automatically activated for each channel (Normal, Drive 1, Drive 2). TIMBRE FILTERS: These pre-set Equalizer curves allow the DynaTouch amps to create seven very different voices on each channel. FLATPreamp and Power Amp signal without further equalization. BRIGHTTreble boost, especially effective for brightening the tone of doublecoil pickups. DARKTreble cut, especially effective for traditional Jazz tones with the Normal channel. DEEP Bass boost, especially effective for beefing up the tone of singlecoil pickups. SCOOPA severe lowmid scoop with bass boost designed for modern distortion tones. SQUAWKA strong mid peak reminiscent of a partially depressed WahWah pedal; great for distorted solos that need to cut through the mix. ACOUSTICSimulates the sound of an acousticelectric guitar with extreme high treble boost and bass boost; best with the Normal channel. Note: This much Timbre flexibility requires that you use a little R. Q. M. N. O. L.
common sense! It is possible to get too much of a good thing, such as undesirable treble harshness or bass boominess depending on your particular guitar, playing style and knob settings. TUNER - Activates the tuner and mutes audio output. Strike a string and the top row of LEDs indicate the nearest note. Sharp/flat notes are indicated by two LEDs; for example, A and B light up to indicate A sharp (B flat). The bottom row of LEDs indicate fine tuning. EFFECTS LEVEL - Adjusts the level of the active effect. EFFECTS SELECT - Selects the active effect (see next page). TIME/RATE - Adjusts the interval length / modulation speed of the active effect (see next page). Rear Panel P. POWER SWITCH - Switches the amplifier on / off. POWER CORD SOCKET - Connect the included power cord in accordance with the voltage and frequency ratings listed on the rear panel of your amplifier. PRE AMP OUT / POWER AMP IN Effects Loop - Connect PRE AMP OUT to an effects device input, then connect the effects device output to PWR AMP IN. Multiple Amps - Connect the primary units PRE AMP OUT to the auxiliary units PWR AMP IN. The primary unit is used to control all auxiliary units. Recording or Reinforcement - Connect PRE AMP OUT to the input jack of sound equipment. Use TS (Tip-Sleeve) standard type plugs with these jacks. The PRE AMP OUT signal includes onboard tone shaping and DSP effects processing. S. FOOTSWITCH Connect the 3-button Fender footswitch (included) at this jack to enable remote switching of CHANNEL SELECT, DRIVE SELECT, EFFECTS. When plugged in, the footswitch buttons override the corresponding front panel controls.

Select from 16 variations of 6 effect types. Delay produces various echoes, Reverb creates the acoustic ambience of different spaces or classic Fender spring Reverb, Chorus and Flange modulate the pitch and delay of a superimposed signal double, Tremolo modulates volume, Vibratone generates the doppler effect a rotating speaker.
