Finally someone has made a vacuum that works well! I must admit that I am a thorough researcher when it comes to household investments. Ode to my miele By Andy Nash (realname TM) "Vac-Master Nash" Seriously? You want me to write a review for a vacuum cleaner? A vacuum cleaner. Best vacuum ever for hard floors! My family and I have owned and used this vacuum for 5 years now.

Safety precautions

DANGER! Follow and comply with the following safety precautions! If you do not, an accident or defect could seriously endanger your childs life. General warnings The total weight of the rider, child and seat must not exceed the total load allowed for the bicycle. Check that the bicycle is suitable for adding supplementary loads. We also advise checking the information supplied with the bicycle or asking information and advice from the bicycle manufacturer. Never carry two children at the same time in the seat or on the bicycle. An excessive load could prevent the bicycle being ridden correctly. In addition, correct safety for the child may not be guaranteed Periodically check that the childs weight does not exceed the maximum weight for the seat. No modifications must be made to the child seat! After an accident, have the seat checked by a specialized dealer or a specialist and replace the damaged parts. Never use the seat if it has not been checked or has damaged parts! The seat material (polypropylene) loses some of its mechanical properties with ageing if exposed for longer periods to the environment (sun, rain, ice, etc.). In the case of normal use and exposure to environmental conditions, the seat should be replaced after 3 years. Always remove the seat from the bicycle if it is to be carried on the roof of a car or by a bicycle-holder. Resistance to the air could damage the seat or pull it from the bicycle. To carry a child under 7 on the seat, the bicycle rider must be at least 18 years old according to the Highway Code in force in Italy. If the seat is to be used in other countries, please check the law in force each time. For safety reasons, both the rider and child should always wear helmets. Always ride carefully and respect the rules of the highway code. OKBABY SIRIUS Child bicycle seat Place the child in the seat only if able to sit up unaided and without any effort (from about nine months and/or a weight of about 9 kg). Safety precautions when mounting the seat and/or for the bicycle The child seat should be fitted on touring bicycles with normal wheels. The use of the seat on racing bikes with thin wheels may be a risk for safety. Cover any springs under the saddle with an appropriate cover (available at specialized dealers) to avoid the childs fingers getting trapped. Cover the rear wheel with suitable side protection (available from your specialized dealer) to prevent the child coming into contact with the wheel as it turns. To increase the stability of your bicycle, we recommend fitting it with a robust and stable stand. Make sure that the child cannot operate any safety systems, locks or other blocks present on the bicycle whilst in the seat. Never carry other luggage or additional equipment apart from the child seat. If luggage or additional equipment has to be carried, place it at the opposite end of the bicycle, for example in the case of a seat fixed at the rear, position the additional load in the front and vice versa. If the child seat is not correctly fixed, this may be a danger for the childs life! Instructions for use and assembly LIB006R06EU Edition: 09-2007

Before using the seat the first time: After installing the seat and placed the child inside it, become familiar with the bicycle and make sure you realize that the balances and weights have changed, before going on to the road. Before setting off on every ride: 1) Check the support arm: It must be fixed in the right position. Check that the fastening block safety button has clicked correctly into the two slots on the support arm. Pull the support arm upwards to make sure it is well secured. 2) Check the tightness of the screws of the fastening block. It must not move and/or move on the frame. Check this at regular intervals. 3) Make sure that the child seat once installed does not interfere with the operation of the brakes and that the moving parts of the bicycle pedals and rear wheel do not come into contact with the seat. 4) Failure to use the safety belt endangers the childs life! Always fasten the safety belts, even if it is only a very short ride. The belts must be comfortable, but without sliding off the shoulders. If the seat is empty, fasten the belt otherwise it could become entangled in any obstacles. Always fasten the foot straps so that the child cannot get free. 5) The seat and the padding can get hot if exposed to the sun for a long period. Make sure that neither are not too hot before putting the child in the seat. 6) Make sure that the child and its clothing cannot come into contact with the moving parts of the bicycle, in particular the childs feet with the wheels, the fingers with the brake mechanisms and the support springs of the bicycle saddle. Check these points periodically as the child grows. 7) Make sure that the child cannot come into contact with any sharp objects on the bicycle, for example frayed or deteriorated brake cables. During the ride: Never park the bicycle leaving the child in the seat, even if the position of the bicycle seems stable. If the child is in the seat, the bicycle must always be held by the rider. Remember that the child perceives the weather differently (wind, cold etc.) as it is not moving. Protect the child with suitable clothing.

Appropriate use

The SIRIUS child seat is designed and approved to carry children weighing from 9 to 22 kg and/or from nine months to 6 years of age. The child must be capable of setting upright on his own before using this seat. The child seat can be fitted on to bicycles or bicycles with assisted pedalling by an electric motor; fitting it on to a two-wheeled vehicle other than bicycles (such as scooters, motorcycles, mopeds etc.) does not comply with regulations and is therefore inadmissible. The child seat is mounted onto the bicycle frame column tube under the saddle, behind the rider as illustrated in the assembly instructions. All other use is forbidden.

Product Description

Mounting and assembling the child seat
The seat is suitable for bicycles with wheels of 26/28 and frames with a round cross-section of 28-40 mm. It can not be installed on different sized frames or those with oval or square bars. It can not be installed if the luggage rack on the bicycle is over 15 cm in width. In this case remove the luggage rack and replace it with a narrower model before installing the child seat. The child seat is fitted with an A.B.S. inclination adjuster system. We have designed and patented this system (Automatic Baricentre System) which automatically keeps the barycentre of the weight in the correct position on the bicycle wheel axis to guarantee safety when carrying your child. We have combined comfort with riding manageability. Please contact the manufacturer if you are not certain that the child seat is suitable for your bicycle.
DANGER! Never tamper with the product! Repairs of all parts important for the safety of the seat must be carried out by specialized personnel only. WARNING! Read the safety warnings (see chap.1) to avoid injuries or damage caused by incorrect installation! Never use the child seat if it is damaged
IMPORTANT/NOTE: The numbers in brakkets refer to Chap.3 Product Overview". IMPORTANT/NOTE: When fixing the seat to the bicycle, take care not to damage or trap any brake cables or cables of the electric circuit of the bicycle. Figure 3: Fastening and unfastening the childs feet. Always make sure your childs feet are well fastened to the footrests. The safety belt is long for easy adjustment. To release the belt 22, lift it out to free it from the bridge trapping it.
WARNING! Never pull the belt on your childs foot too tight, this could hurt him or cause him to get cramp during the ride. DANGER! After having fixed the footrests for your child, it is very important to check that the child cannot release its feet on its own: lift up your childs leg to check it is well secured. DANGER! It may occur that your child is able to pull his foot out of his shoe, which remains attached to the footrest by the strap 22; to prevent this from happening, always check that your childs shoes are correctly fastened. DANGER! Once you have placed the child in the seat, check to see that the seat is slightly inclined backwards to prevent the child from slipping forwards and sliding out of the seat. Check therefore that the child seat backrest is adjusted so that it inclines backwards slightly.

Figure 4a: Fasten the safety belt onto the child. Adjust the height and length of the belts according to the size of the child. Setting the height of the belt: It is possible to extract the belt to adjust the height by pressing the block behind the backrest towards the opening at intervals. Select the top and bottom openings to fasten the belts according to the height of the child. Setting the length of the belt: Adjust the length of the belts by moving the clasps on the belt. The belts must be fastened firmly without them being too tight for the child. Fastening the safety belt system: Fastening the belt clasp. Check that the belt clasp clicks shut properly, and then pull the belt. DANGER! The fastening of the belt is an important safety precaution and must always be in place Always check that it is correctly fastened before every trip! The life of a child who is not attached is in danger! Figure 4b: Unfastening the belts. Press simultaneously the two side and central press-buttons on the clasp. The clasp will open IMPORTANT/NOTE: Releasing the clasp is not that easy to guarantee maximum levels of safety
