EasyDrive Upgrade Procedure
How can I update the Parrot kit's software?
You will need a PC equiped with Bluetooth, or a Bluetooth Dongle and the Parrot Flash Update wizard. To update the EasyDrive kit by Bluetooth, there are 2 ways using a Bluetooth dongle:
1- First method : Follow this procedure if you computer uses WINDOWS XP with service pack 2 and is equiped with Bluetooth
Note : If your computer is not equiped with Bluetooth, you just need to connect your Bluetooth dongle, and fallow this procedure. In order to update your kit, please follow these steps :
Download and install the Parrot Flash Update wizard. http://www.driveblue.com/(nuwa2hzf522ykpbvfbrxva45)/download/Parrot%20F lash%20update%20wizard.exe Launch the program, and click on SUIVANT :

Select Easy Drive

Select your language and click on Download Now

Click on OK

Click on Suivant
Select Bluetooth connection and click on Suivant
On the EasyDrive, turn the rotator until you hear : Update software by Bluetooth , and then select by pressing the rotator. You should hear the voice message Waiting for update.

Press on Search Devices

( Searching.. )
Select the Easy Drive, and click on Suivant
Wait until the Parrot Flash Update wizard completes all of the steps
Click on "Terminer" Wait until your Parrot car kit reboots Pair again your phone
2- Second method : Follow this procedure if you computer uses WINDOWS 9 x / NT
In order to update your kit, please follow these steps : Connect the Bluetooth dongle to your computer ( if needed refer to the constructor device manual) Download and install the Parrot Flash Update wizard. http://www.driveblue.com/(nuwa2hzf522ykpbvfbrxva45)/download/Parrot%20F lash%20update%20wizard.exe
When your dongle is connected, a bluetooth icon should apear on the desktop. Do a right click on the icon.
Select Ajouter un priphrique bluetooth (add a bluetooth device)

Searching

Select the Easy Drive and click on Suivant
Select Me laisser choisir ma propre clef de securit ( let me choose my own security key ), enter the passkey 1234 and click on Suivant

Click on terminer

Do a right click on the bluetooth icon.
Select Afficher les priphriques bluetooth ( display the bluetooth devices )
On the EasyDrive, turn the rotator until you hear : Update software by Bluetooth , and then select by pressing the rotator. You should hear the voice message Waiting for update. Select the Easy Drive, and press Proprits
Select the second tab call Services (Searching.)
Select the serial port display, and note the port number (Here number 6)
Launch the Parrot Flash Update Wizard, and click on suivant
Select Bluetooth Virtual serial connection
Select the port you have written down. On the EasyDrive, turn the rotator until you hear : Update software by Bluetooth , and then select by pressing the rotator. You should hear the voice message Waiting for update. Click on "Suivant".
Wait until the Parrot Flash Update wizard completes all of the steps.
Click on terminer Wait until your Parrot car kit reboots Pair again your phone
