It was easy to use and to pair with my Razor phone. The JX10 is about my 5th headset. Generally it is disappointing, the poor quality sound for the person you are calling. As a techie myself I always look for the practical aspects of devices. To me the most important issue is sound quality and this headset is the best.

You have been warned... This review is more about the supplier than the product itself. DNL Enterprises ships refurbished products as "new". Dont waste your money I really liked the style of this headset. After the third day it would no longer take a charge.

IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH AVERAGE TO LARGE EARS, MAINLY GUYS, IT WORKS FANTASTICALLY. BUT FOR PETITE PEOPLE IT IS UNCOMFORTABLE TO USE. the headset had to be reset so I found out after writing to Jabra about it.. I tried to write to the storefront owners but got no responce..

Instructions say that the earpiece must charge for 2 FULL hours before anything is ready to use. This seemed to hold true. The head set - depending on your phone will require you to marry it when you take it off of the charger. The headset and hub are easy to set up. I originally bought this to pair with my Sony Ercisson Walkman w580i with the intention of being able to answer calls and listen to music without cord... The headset works like a headset should for the most part. If I had to buy a headset again, I would definitely look at this one.

As soon as they perfect this model I will buy it again. The size and ability was great, but needs some work. compact,mine was 24 crt.gold. Sturdy construction, very ergonomic, extermely sensitive microphone and great reception. Design is unbelievale - like it came from Versace.

I actually made same experience like PTAtltech in that kind it would never charge up, does not work at all. Great unit. My wife took my first so I bought another from MS Digital which offered at 10 bucks cheaper. It came quickly and would never charge up.

I just threw away my Jabra JX-10 tonight, after using it about ten times. The first one I purchased never worked, and was returned the same day. I have had this unit for over 1 year, 1st with a Razr V3 & now with the T-Mobile Dash. Excellent. I would highly recommend this product.

Featuring the trademark sleek design from the European Design House of Jacob Jensen; JX10 series II has been given an internal makeover - giving it even greater performance than before. Its what is inside that really counts The popular JX10 design remains, but under the shell a number of improvements have taken place. JX10 series II has been upgraded to Bluetooth 2.0 and e-SCO for improved audio quality. Multipoint - for the business user JX10 series II has been upgraded with Multipoint software, making it an invaluable business tool. Multipoint software means the JX10 series II can be connected with two devices at any one time. (For example an office IP phone, desk phone and mobile phone may have simultaneous connection.*) In-car charger - designed by Jacob Jensen JX10 series II is now even easier to charge when on the move a stylishly designed in-car charger is now a standard accessory in the box.

Quick start guide

1. Fully charge your Jabra JX10 until the LED turns green and switch on by pressing and holding the answer/end button. 1 2. Press the pairing button 2 marked to put the JX10 in pairing mode. 3. Set your mobile phone to discover a Bluetooth device (see your phone user guide). 4. Press Yes or OK when asked if you want to pair the phone with the Jabra JX10. 5. Enter passkey or PIN = 0000 (4 zeros), then press Yes or OK. 6. Your phone will confirm when pairing is complete. 7. Release your Jabra!

Basic functions

Making a call When you make a call from your mobile phone, the call will automatically transfer to your headset. If your phone does not support this setting, just tap the answer/end button to transfer the call to the headset. Answering and ending a call Tap the answer/end button on your headset to answer a call. To end your call, just tap the answer/end button again. Last number redial Double tap the answer/end button for 1 second to redial the most recent number dialed.
