Got this phone for my 80 yr old mom-- plugged it in- charged it up and its been great ever since. She hears much better and likes the big buttons.

Not a great phone Clunky and awkward. From an audio standpoint, did not perform as well as I had hoped. Did not seem to actually amplify volume. Easy to use, great volume, love those big buttons! I just purchased this telephone for my husband, who has suffered mild hearing loss.

"Bought this phone for my hard of hearing mother. Between my husband, myself and 2 grown sons, we could not get this phone to work at all.

Bad Phone I bought this phone for my mother who has a mild hearing problem. I tested the phone for the volume amplification.

Perfect for hard of hearing person!!! Big Range, Comfortable Handset, Compact design, Durable, Easy To Set Up, Good Sound, Nice Features. Piece of junk. At least once a month it stops ringing, and has to be "reset" by unplugging from wall power for 30 seconds.
