Means Straightforward. Everything fits together well and theres nothing thats too tricky. Lay out all of the pieces and follow the instructions step by step. The arms are always a tight fit onto the console mast but they will slide on with some force. Can be done by 1 person, but we recommend having a second person around to help with some of the holding and when fitting the arms onto the console mast. minutes Good simple to follow. Excellent feels extremely sturdy One of the great features of this cross trainer is the simplicity of the console which makes it really easy to use. Really easy to follow and to find the information that youre looking for. 16 fine for anyone up to about 6 tall. If youre taller then think about an 18 stride length machine. All of the controls are on the console and are easily accessible. Fantastic console intuitive to use and shows all of the feedback that you need. Shows pictures of the programs on the console so that you dont need to refer to the instruction manual. We like the Reset button which resets everything with one press.
