RATES: - Cameraman and Full Camera, Audio, and Lighting Package per day **. $ 950 - Half-day rate *.... $ 600 - Without cameraman, package per day **. $ 650 - Without cameraman, package half-day rate *. $ 450 - Audio package per day **... $ 200 - Lighting package per day **. $ 200 - Travel day (cameraman/equipment enroute to/from production). $ 200 SONY FX-1 (HDV) camcorder, per day $ 175 ** Full day rates based on 10-hour day. Days in excess of 10 hours to be charged hourly at time-and-one-half hourly rates. * Half-day rates apply up to a maximum of 5 hours. OTHER COSTS: - Tape Stock: $60 for each Sony Digital HDCAM tape. $20 for each HDV tape. - Hotel accommodations provided at client expense. - Transportation provided at client expense. RENTAL CONDITIONS:

By renting equipment from Marlin Darrah/International Film & Video (IFV), without IFV cameraman, client agrees to assume complete responsibility for the safety and security of the equipment. It is preferred client provide appropriate insurance for IFV equipment during rental period. In case client does not provide equipment insurance, client will provide appropriate credit card information to IFV during the period client is using IFV equipment. In any case, client agrees to immediately repair or replace any IFV equipment that is damaged, lost or stolen while IFV equipment is under rental by client. Client has inspected desired rental equipment prior to rental and finds said equipment in perfect working condition. Client signature below makes this rental agreement binding.
