| Make sure the first thing you do is upgrade the firmware. Can be a little bit confusing to first setup. Hopefuly, Engenius has addressed or is addressing the reliability issues. | |

| As stated by others this is a great product in terms of ease of set up. OEM has not been willing to admit it was their issue. | |
