Very nice intro to SLR type camera. loaded with every poss extra needed for a good quality photo. Easy to use, light, good zoom. This is not point&shoot camera. This one is good for brginner to study the art of photography. PASM modes are very good.

I have been using this camera for over a year now. I initially bought it to help with my Photography A Level course, I have to say. I paid around 150 pounds for my Finepix S5700 and by all accounts this has been a bargain for such a good quality camera. This camera is a really rather impressive camera and it provided me a lot of pleasant shocks.

Outstanding. Great camera even in 2009. I purchased this for $90 at Wal Mart this past week after doing research on a decent mini dSLR type camera.

This is arguably one of the best super zoom cameras, provided you have a restricted budget which pevents you to extend for a much better Camera.

My first impression after buying this camera is: wow, what a very professional design. Yes. I have been researching digital cameras because I am going to Europe for a year and want to take pictures.

An excellent value. Lightweight and easy to use. Save yourself time and money and purchase the extended warranty. I went to the camera store to purchase a Nikon L14 that I saw in Christmas ad at a very good price. I like cameras that are simple.

I bought S5700 a week ago and found it to be an excellent camera in this price range. I found that battery life is also good for this camera. This is an excellent camera within this price band. Especially the outdoor photos are uncomparable.

What a fantastic camera! I got this camera as a present for my birthday gift, and that was my first impression when I hold this camera on my hand.

Great quality, great price We purchased this camera to replace our old Fuji FinePix (forgot the model number). Simply the best I researched this product and the S700 along with a Kodak and others before I bought.
