How this $50 offer works: 1. Between April 1, 2006 and June 30, 2006 purchase a new Canon PIXMA iP6220D Photo together with a new Canon PowerShot S80 or A700 Digital Camera. Printer and camera must be purchased together and appear on the same receipt. 2. Completely fill out all of the information requested on this claim form. 3. Cut out the original Contents panel from the qualifying Canon Photo Printer box. See sample Contents panel below. 4. Cut the original cover off of the English version of the Basic Camera User Guide.
