Does not hold up I bought this printer for my daughter attending and college and liked it so much I bought one for myself.

Thought I was getting a dependable printed things fine, copied fine scanner just ceased to work. machine about 1 yr old, hardly used.

Many features including printer, scanner, copier. Gobbles ink, poor paper feed design, limited reliability, POOR Canon Support.

It will not allow me to scan when any of the ink cartridges are out; a huge inconvenience. decent scans, when it scans.

And then it died. I am a Mac user and every time I switch functions on this printer (i.e. to scan/copy). A hardy printer I purchased my first Canon printer and decided on a MP 510 since the others had a fax built in.

Thought I was getting a dependable machine, t... printed things fine, copied fine scanner just ceased to work. machine about 1 yr old, hardly used. When ANY of the four ink cartridges are empty... For the most part, a very decent printer. Good print quality, speed, etc. for the price.

Good printer & scanner, some issues with ink tanks I bought this printer for home use a few months ago.
