How the $50 offer works:

Printer and Camcorder must be purchased together and appear on the same receipt. 2. Completely fill out all of the information requested on this claim form. 3. Cut out the original product Proof of Purchase 12-digit UPC bar code from the Canon Photo Printer box AND the original PictBridge logo from the Canon Digital Camcorder box (see samples above**). 4. Attach a legible copy of your dated sales receipt showing the Canon PIXMA Photo Printer purchased together with the Canon Digital Camcorder. Store name must appear legibly on the receipt. 5.
