Full description
The LaserJet 6MP is a 600x600 dpi laser printer for your Macintosh or PC from Hewlett Packard. This printer serves individuals or small workgroups who need performance features at a budget-pleasing price. One of those features is the IrDA-compliant infra-red port for wireless printing from compatible portables, the LocalTalk port and dual parallel ports. For normal printing, connecting is a snap using the standard LocalTalk and dual parallel ports. The 6MP uses a 24MHz INtel RISC processor to produce up to eight pages per minute. It prints up to 128 shades of gray for smooth photo-like images. The LaserJet 6MP provides 35 scalable typefaces, with another 75 on disk for Windows. The Adobe PostScript Level 2 printer language produces crisp professional-looking prints. The LaserJet 6MP can process long documents with multiple fonts, complex graphics, and full size images, with its standard 3MB of RAM, expandable to 35MB.
