| Black ink cartridge spring broke 1yr and 14 days later. Part is not replaceable. The whole printer becase useless. I liked it ok when it was working. | |

| the scanner belt is stuffed in a short time because of the high speed it is driven at when using the document feeder NO spare parts Had a scanner failure and feeder problems after 1.5 years of very light use. Of course out of warranty, but HP was not helpful. | |

| Product arrived on time and in excellent condition. Easy to set up and install. I was up and running in no time. Good quality print (when it prints), good quality scanning (when it scans), nice automatic document feeder. | |

| Humanization principle is the HP consistent design style, Officejet 4315 naturally also is the same. Was very easy using the HP software. When I upgraded to a new computer with Vista, the software was not Vista compatible. No problems there. | |
