AIT shall remove all company data from each asset obtained from the customer, rendering all such data unrecoverable. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the PrintCycle program. PrintCycle Proof of Purchase Certificate is required. Certain other terms may apply. Price may change without notice. Only Participating Samsung printers and/or MFPs are eligible for Samsung PrintCycle program. Anything IT (AIT) is a computer hardware asset management provider and will be providing associated services including auditing, data deletion and recycling for the PrintCycle program. Upon determination equipment is ready for decommissioning and prior to any shipment to AIT facility, customer shall notify AIT via email at samsungprintcycle@anythingit.com or by telephone toll free at 1.877.766.3050. AnythingIT will issue a Statement of Work (SOW) to end-user customer for processing of their decommissioned assets. Assets covered under the PrintCycle program will not be charged any additional fees. Limitation of Liability: Neither AIT nor its affiliates will be liable for lost profits, loss of business or any consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any third party.
