Feb 1st, 2010 Terms The Line Matrix Trade In program is effective from Jan 1st to December 31st, 2010. Program Overview This program allows eligible End User customers to earn a rebate for trade in of PRINTRONIX line matrix printers and selected HP and Tally-Genicom legacy line matrix printers when purchasing a new PRINTRONIX P7000 model. The rebate is based on the P7000 model purchased. Printers must be purchased and shipped between Jan 1st to December 31st, 2010. Program Conditions 1. Customer must apply for the trade in rebate and printer pickup within 60 days from time of delivery of new P7000 printer. 2. Trade in program is valid in the continental United States and Canada. Not valid in Hawaii and Alaska. 3. Printronix reserves the right to decline a request for printer pickup. 4. Customer must complete the Trade in Certificate and W-9 forms, and provide a copy of invoice for new P7000 purchased. Documents must be sent via fax or email to: Maria Carrillo Fax: 714-368-2335 email: mcarrillo@printronix.com 5. Customer must pack, strap printer to pallet and have printer dock-ready for pick up. 6. PRINTRONIX will contact customer with Return Authorization Number, shipping and packaging instructions. 7. PRINTRONIX will arrange printer pick up and pay for freight charges. 8. Trade in printer does not have to be functional; however, it must have all components. Missing parts may disqualify rebate. 9. PRINTRONIX will mail rebate check directly to the customer if program conditions are fulfilled.

Program term Jan 1st to December 31st, 2010. End user will have a maximum of 60 days from time of delivery to contact PRINTRONIX and apply for a trade in rebate and schedule printer pick up. 1. Trade in program is offered through authorized PRINTRONIX distributors in the continental United States and Canada. Not available in Hawaii and Alaska. 2. Printronix reserves the right to decline a request for a printer pickup. 3. Trade in will be done one a-one-for-one printer basis; purchase one new P7000 line matrix printer and then trade in one PRINTRONIX, HP or Tally-Genicom line matrix printer. 4. Trade in printer must be whole and complete and include all printer components. 5. Customer is responsible for strapping trade in printer to pallet. PRINTRONIX will be responsible for all freight costs on the trade in printer. A copy of End Users purchase order and W9 form must accompany completed certificates in order to process trade-in request.
