It speed is unbelievable and its a good quality product, i like this computer you can go from 128 mb to 256. Its internet ready. I bought this laptop just before Xmas. It is very fast, never inccurred any problems except for the hard drive failing on me.

Well really havent ever experienced a better customer service. You call them anytime and they are ready to serve you Customer Service Gets Heated up Hi guys , Been a long time since i was here last. I am typing this review on the XPS itself fast, looks, graphics.

Best computer I have ever had! Extremely reliable. Excellent blend of beauty with performance! Beautyful (I have Product Red), Fast (Vista Ultimate/2.5 Ghz, 4 GB RAM), Spacious hard drive (320 GB). Its works well for me and i customized it at dell so mine is different for the standard model Gaming Ability only 3 usb ports

Love the laptop, but hate the short battery life. Pros: The laptop is great and has all the power and abilities a college student can need. started getting warning messages that my battery was reaching the end of its useful life, just 1 year and some months after purchase. I was disappointed that this battery started not holding a charge at under 2 year.

After years of sticking with Sony Vaio laptops, I finally decided to give my wallet a break and go with the more economical Dell brand of laptops.
