I purchased my M320X as a replacement for a s...  Lightweight, excellent screen, fully optioned out. Weak screen hinges. The laptop came out of the box with a burnout backlight. I asked immediately for a replacement computer and was turned down. The laptop came out of the box with a burnout...  tech support very unstable and unreliable
