With its compact dimensions of just 45 x 39 x 41 cm, the lightweight construction (only 13 kg) and its quiet operation (only 52 dB; resp. 0 dB in standby) the Konica Minolta 1600f integrates comfortably into even the smallest office and will be appreciated even sitting right on the users desk. Konica Minoltas clever all-in-one means flexibility and real multi-tasking: Generous as a fax n A highly efficient fax for the home office, the 1600f is equipped with 8 MB fax memory for up to 500 pages. Additional memory is available through the USB key, to which faxes can be rerouted and from which they can be printed directly. n The 1600fs comprehensive fax functionality includes a wealth of convenient features, such as timer transmission, memory send and receive, and fax receipt into any of 32 individual boxes, all password-protected for enhanced security. n PC faxing is available via the standard Companion Suite software, which also allows the setting up and programming of a dedicated fax address book. Users have a choice of either printing faxes, forwarding them to their PC or combining both. Convenient as a copier n The 1600f is a clever A4 copier that delivers 16 b/w pages per minute. It is highly flexible with its impressive zoom range from 25 to 400% and functions like 2-in-1 and 4-in-1 copy, or 1-to-4 and 1-to-9 poster mode. n Extra user convenience is ensured with the integrated ADF for up to 50 pages. And using the 1600f is very economic thanks to the Eco Mode, with which up to 40% toner can be saved on internal documents and drafts.
Versatile as a printer n As a printer the 1600f gives its user the choice of GDI, PCL and PostScript printing, producing up to 16 pages per minute. The Eco Mode toner saving can of course also be taken advantage of when printing. n Direct printing (of jpg and text files) as well as the USB-to-print function maximise the ease of use. An optional WLAN dongle offers convenient wireless printing, enabling the user to print from anywhere in the workplace. n The printer functionality includes network printing facilitating the use of the 1600f by more than one client. An interesting feature is also n-up printing which allows the placement of up to 16 pages on a single sheet. Indispensable as a scanner n With the 1600f scanning is possible in full colour and black & white. Scan formats PDF and JPEG are available for colour and TIFF for b/w scanning. n Features include scan to eMail, FTP and direct , scanning to a USB-connected PC. TWAIN scanning as well as scanning via the Companion Suite software are also enabled via a USB connection. n Included as standard, the PaperPort SE scan software allows users to scan directly to an application.
