Make sure your trade-in scanner is listed in the Eligible Trade-In Scanner list below. Go to http://www.plustek.com/usa/tradeup complete the on-line registration form and print it out. Carefully remove serial number and data plate containing the model number from your trade in scanner. Enclosed your invoice or receipt for your new OpticFilm 7400. Offer Trade-In on eligible purchases made between Aug. 1st, 2010 and Dec. 31st, 2010, promotion valid while quantities last. Product(s) of Plustek Film Scanners purchased before or after these dates do not qualify for this offer. Purchase date is determined by invoice or receipt date. Trade-In program are valid in USA and Canada (including Alaska and Hawaii). Maximum Trade-In of $150(3 items) per customer, business address, location and/or household. Name on the Trade-In Request form must match the name on the Invoice or Receipt. Keep copies of materials submitted: originals become Plustek property and will not be returned. Please allow 6-8 weeks for receipt of Trade-In check. The check will be paid in US Dollars. Plustek reserves the right to request additional information regarding this claim.
