Plextor is not responsible for late or misdirected mail. Offer not valid with other Plextor promotions or where restricted by law. No reproductions of UPC barcodes accepted. Offer valid in the U.S and Canada only; excludes resellers of Plextor products and their families, as well as purchases made through Plextor's employee purchase and dealer demo programs. If terms and conditions are not met, rebate will not be honored. All obligation of Plextor or its agent will be discharged by mailing the rebate check to the address given.
