DESCRIPTION
The Akrapovic Slip-On system looks great on the BMW, and improves the performance of the engine. The system is designed as a base-level exhaust system modification. The Street Legal version includes an approved noise damper. PERFORMANCE Measurements of the Akrapovic SLIP-ON street legal system on the BMW F 800 GS (with noise damper): Power & Torque: even as a base-level component, the Akrapovic Slip-On exhaustsystem delivers a performance increase. The largest effect is shown on the torque curve, while the power curve is also increased, especially in the middle and at the top of the rpm range CONFIGURATION The Akrapovic SLIP-ON exhaust system is composed of a cylindrical stainless steel link pipe welded to the muffler. The Akrapovic link pipe is attached to the stock header assembly with a sleeve joint secured with a metal clamp. The muffler is oval section and is available with a titanium outer sleeve. The interior of the muffler is made of stainless steel, as are the link pipe, inlet cap and outlet cap, due to the weld to the link pipe. The muffler is attached to the motorcycle frame using an Akrapovic carbon-fiber clamp. The muffler contains an approved noise damper. There is also a catalytic converter installed in the link pipe.

Verschrauben Sie PVC-Scheiben zuerst an den oberen Befestigungspunkten, anschlieend an den unteren Befestigungspunkten gem Zeichnung. Fix the PVC-sheets first at the upper fixing points, then at the lower fixing points as shown in the drawing.
