| Thought i was takeing a gamble with the husky but was well suprised its as good as any jap bike ive owned and with a two year warranty, cant be bad. | |

CONTROLLO CANDELA Se la candela di serie deve essere sostituita, importante che la nuova abbia lo stesso grado termico e la medesima lunghezza di filettatura. Esatto grado termico: La punta dell'isolante secca ed il colore marrone chiaro o grigio. Grado termico elevato: La punta dell'isolante secca e coperta da incrostazioni scure. Grado termico basso: La candela si surriscaldata e la punta dell'isolante vetrosa e di colore bianco o grigio. Controllare la distanza tra gli elettrodi con uno spessimetro. Regolare la distanza A a seconda del tipo di candela, come indicato a pag. 24. Una distanza maggiore pu causare difficolt di avviamento e sovraccarico della bobina.
SPARK PLUG CHECK If standard spark plug is to be replaced, it is important that new spark plug have the same heat range and thread length. Correct heat grade: The tip of the insulator should be dry and the colour should be light brown or grey. High heat grade: In this case, the insulator tip is dry and covered with dark deposits. Low heat grade: In this case, the spark plug is overheated and insulator tip is vitreous, white or grey in colour. Check distance between electrodes using a thickness gauge, and adjust distance A according to the type of spark plug, as shown on page 24. A wider gap may cause difficulties in starting engine and in overloading coil.
CONTROLE DE LA BOUGIE Si la bougie de srie doit tre remplace, il est important que la nouvelle ait le mme degr thermique et la mme longueur de filetage. Degr thrmique exact: La pointe de lisolant est sche et sa couleur est marron clair ou gris. Degr thrmique lev: La pointe de lisolant est sche et couverte dincrustations fonces. Degr thrmique bas: La bougie est surchauffe, la pointe de lisolant est vitreuse et de couleur blanche ou grise. Rgler la distance A selon le type de bougie et daprs les instructions donnes la page 24. Une distance suprieure peut entraner des difficults de dmarrage et de surcharge de la bobine. Une distance infrieure peut causer des problmes

Niedriger Wrmegrad: Die Kerze hat sich berhitzt, un die Spitze des Isolierstoffes ist glasig und hat eine weisse oder graue Farbe. Das Abstand A je nach Kerzentyp einstellen, wie auf Seite 25 angegeben. Eine grssere Entfernung kann Anlasschwierigkeiten und berbelastung der Spule verursachen.

Warranty claims should be addressed to Cagiva U.S.A. 2300 MARYLAND ROAD. WILLOW GROVE, PA 19090-4193 215-830-3300 Tampering warning Tampering with Noise Control System Prohibited. Federal law prohibits the following acts or causing thereof: (1) The removal or rendering inoperative by any person other than for purposes of maintenance, repair, or replacement, of any device or element of design incorporated into any new vehicle for the purpose of noise control prior to its sale or delivery to the ultimate purchaser or while it is in use, or (2) the use of the vehicle after such device or element of design has been removed or rendered inoperative by any person.
