After all, we designed this proven favorite to fulfill an ingenious mission: Combine high-performance technology with the soul of a V-Twin Vulcan cruiser. But great performance doesnt mean a great big sticker price the Vulcan 750 is amazingly affordable too.

Vulcan 800 Drifter

With a broad, comfortable solo seat, the 800 Drifter shows off its pedigree styling while a fully skirted rear fender, fish-tail exhaust tip and traditional look of a hard-tail rear suspension complete the Drifters package.

Modern technology encompasses the 55-degree V-Twin engine with its SOHC alloy cylinders, 4-valve cylinder heads, responsive 36mm CVK carburetor, gear-driven engine balancer, and a sophisticated digital timing advance with electronic ignition system.
For smooth, trouble-free cruising, the Vulcan 750 features clean, efficient shaft final drive. The 5-speed transmission transfers the engines broad power and engine torque to the wide 15-inch rear wheel.
With a separate speedometer and tachometer, the Vulcan 750 keeps its rider well-informed. Plus theres a handy fuel gauge and a group of bright warning lamps.

The Vulcan 750 features engine technology developed to produce excellent throttle response: Four-valve, Double Overhead Cam cylinder heads.
The deeply padded two-person seat incorporates a plush backrest for the passenger with a brightly chromed bar to add to the cruiser styling.
The late 40s were a simpler time, with empty two-lanes, and an easygoing approach to life. Now you can let the Vulcan 800 Drifter take you back. To create this old-school cruiser, Kawasaki started with modern engineering and then added beautifully skirted fenders, a fishtail exhaust tip, unique teardrop tank and headlight, and plenty of deep chrome. Add a thumping 805cc V-Twin powerplant, and youve got an affordable retro-style middleweight thats as potent as it is unique.
Cruise in style with a large, chromed headlight, wide fuel tank, center-mounted speedometer, chrome wheels and a fat rear tire.
The compact and sophisticated liquid cooling system, with its alloy radiator mounted between the frames front downtubes, keep the Vulcan 750 running at peak operating temperature.
