Yamaha YZF-R6 Undertail Kit

HOTBODIES RACING RECOMMENDS THAT YOU HAVE A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC PERFORM THIS INSTALLATION. IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO-IT-YOURSELF ALWAYS TAKE APPROPRIATE SAFETY MEASURES WHEN INSTALLING THIS PRODUCT AND USE SAFETY GOGGLES AND LEATHER GLOVES. CAREFULLY READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BEGINNING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS!
1) Carefully remove the tail section body work and stock mudflap. Save all bolts, washers and plastic rivets for re-installation of tail and undertail. Disconnect and remove the brake light (with all mounting grommets and washers), license plate and turn signals, and move all wiring out to the side. 2) Once tail section is removed, mount undertail over the stock holes from the stock mudflap. Making sure to line up bottom Hotbodies undertail holes with stock tail section holes. Mark and drill two (2) holes for top tabs of undertail, Use provided pop rivets to hold in place. 3) *Install license plate brackets to back side of license plate as shown. Now hold license plate in desired location on undertail, carefully mark and drill holes, install using the two (2) sets of allen bolts and lock nuts. * After this modification your undertail is not returnable. Paint is not warrantied against paint chips, flaking or scratches from installation or rocks being thrown from tire into the undertail. 4) Using clips, splice your turn signal wires to the signals in the undertail. On the bike; the brown wire is the the left turn, dark green wire is the right turn and the black wires are the grounds. On the undertail the red wires are the power wires and the black wires are the grounds. 5) Re-attach tail section and connect all brake light wires. Tighten all
