| I purchased a refurbished Palm Tungsten T5 and it came with a new IR keyboard. The product was like new although it is no longer available new. Thank-you so much for making this a quick process and getting me the item I ordered replaced with one that worked. | |

| I had a Palm M500 for about 4 years and decided to upgrade only for the color. Long-term Palm user- very disappointed with poor support and denial of problems by Palm Tech support when 3rd party software vendors reveal that Palm ...
