2. Reason of failure : a. The positive horn coupler wiring insulator interferes with the radiator bracket, causing a blown fuse. Radiator

(1)Insert your hand from the bottom of the front cover, and push aside the coolant hose (that may block your view). Then you can easily check the horn wiring visually. Please be careful: After riding, the radiator is hot and may burn your hand.

If the ground wire (dark green wire) is in the upper position, you only have to relocate the wiring, as Figure 4 shows.

Remove the front cover (figure 6)-->Disassemble the horn-->Unplug the coupler and arrange it just as Figure 7 shows (Figure 7)-->Reassemble the horn--> Relocate the wiring as indicated in STEP A1.
