1. Information on how to claim and information in relation to the offer form part of these terms and conditions. 2. Offer is only open to Australian residents. The directors, management and employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies, suppliers and Maytag retailers are ineligible. Offer only available to consumers and not available to business or commercial buyers. Offer runs from 01/11/05 until close of business of participating retailers on 30.04.06 (Offer Period). 3. To participate in the offer, an eligible claimant must, during the Offer Period, purchase anyone of the following Maytag refrigerators: GS2127, GS2126, MC1824 and MC2125 from any participating retailer throughout Australia. An eligible claimant must pay the full purchase price of the Maytag refrigerator during the Offer Period in order to receive the free gift (evidenced by the store receipt). 4. The Promoter will not provide the free gift where an eligible claimant has paid only the deposit on a participating refrigerator model or has entered into a rental, lay-by (unless lay-by was commenced and paid in full during the Offer Period), finance, leasing or other arrangement. Free gifts will not be provided on back-ordered products seconds or scratch and dent products. 5. All eligible claimants who fulfil the purchase requirements for this offer, will be eligible to receive a Maytag Handy Chiller valued at AUD$129.99 (including GST). No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the gifts. 6. In order for the claimant to receive the Maytag Handy Chiller, they must attach a copy of the receipt to the redemption coupon which will be presented at the point of purchase by the retailer where the product was bought. If no redemption coupon was received please write to the promoter including a copy of the receipt and personal details including full name and address including post code, contact telephone number, model number of the product purchased and store from which the refrigerator was purchased. Please allow 28 days from receipt of the completed redemption coupon to receive the free gift, which will delivered to the address provided on the redemption coupon. 7. All redemption coupons must be received by close of business on 07.05.06. 8. Limit of one free gift per Maytag Refrigerator purchased. 9. All claims are subject to a verification check by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Free gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 10. This offer cannot be taken in conjunction with any other offer. 11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using the free gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 12. The Promoter collects your personal information so that you can participate in this promotion. If the information requested is not provided, you may not participate in the promotion.
