Example templates for various sized keyboards using factory key maps
Do not use shrink/expand to fit page when printing or templates wont fit! The first key in each octave is duplicated for n+1 keyboards; delete before printing, or cut afterwards. These factory key maps only use a subset of available commands; see Command Reference for more. Use the Key Mapper to try others, then map your chosen subset as reqd. These templates were created using the supplied MS Word macro; if you have MS Word, you can customise it to create your own. The Novice template can be used with the Quick Start & Tutorial for both LE & Full versions. Sequetron LE has fewer seqs & commands than the full version. The full version maps 7 of the 16 seqs and more command variants to try out. Terminology:p: play, m: mute, pm: play-mute, mp: mute-play, pmt: play-mute-toggle. subscripts 'n' or 'nn' expect 1 or 2 digit values, literal numbers and 'r' & 'rr' need none, e.g. pm 2: play-mute 2 cycles, pmt rr: play-mute-toggle random (1-99) cycles. 'r >' means start of recordable keys for this particular mapping. The factory settings use the first 3 keys in record mode for esc, play & mute2, but you can map less or more controls as reqd. ! prefix on some commands means quick double-press (safety feature; can be switched off via config). Colours:These conventions match the factory on-screen colours where possible. Background colours indicate functionality: blue - seq-select functions green - time-related functions yellow - pitch-related functions pink - critical functions white - everything else Foreground/text colours indicate which type (if any) of value is expected by that command: black - commands need no further values blue - digit values reqd green - timing values reqd red - record functions
