If Ann arrives by plane or train, ground transportation is needed to and from the hotel and to and from the venue, with return to departure point. Two (2) non-smoking rooms in reputable motel/hotel. Second room is for Ann's road manager. Ground level if motel does not have elevators. Two (2) hot meals or $15 each buy out ABSOLUTELY NO peanuts or peanut based products. Beverages preferred include: Classic Coke (not Pepsi), fruit juices, non-carbonated bottled water. Artist may be comped 4 guest passes
