Had mine for 3 years now and no problems - weather sealing works! As the title states. Worth The Risk There is not much I can add to the already posted reviews. This is an amazing lens, and I absolutely love it.

The camera took great pictures while it was still working. my camera broke 5 month after the warranty was over.

When I first got this lens, my initial thoughts were "wow, this thing is gorgeous". I love the gold highlights, the green line near the mount.

nice! Easily Interchangeable","Lightweight Slow Focus superior optical quality. extremely fast focus on K7, even in low light. Silent The Sony 50mm f1.4 is a great lens for portrait on crop censor i use it with my Sony A700 for portraiture.

This lens is great, worth every penny. The 50mm focal length translates to 75mm on modern small frame Pentax cameras.

I purchased one of these cameras last and while finding the quality of pictures very good I found the batteries needed changing every 15 to 20 shots t... Economically priced, easy to use, takes good pictures. Battery life, limited onboard memory. Back in September Jenny and I spent a week in Seattle, WA on what would be the first “official” vacation since we married three years ago.

Not really sure if Pentax makes this one or justs brands it, it also exists as Argus and Vivitar, I noticed, after I had bought it.

These are the BEST AUTOFOCUS lens money can buy. The build quality is amazing, the optical quality is second to only maybe leica.

My 1st digital camera bought in Oct. 2005. I bought it without thinking because PENTAX name was a garantee of a good product, I thought. Big mistake. This is a good, cheap camera for taking good digital pictures at an affordable price. Two problems. One.
