STAGE DIMENSIONS Black painted plywood floor. Stage screws are permitted with Museum approval. Holes must be patched and painted upon completion of the show Proscenium Opening SL Wall to SR Wall Wing Space Past Legs Apron to Upstage Wall Hard Goods There are eight separate hard masking legs. Four that comprise the stage left and stage right wings. The downstage right and left legs are not moveable. The center legs open onto the stage, creating a passageway that is 6 feet wide. Additionally there are four legs that are vertically roller hung on the same track. Each one measuring wide and 18 tall, movable anywhere from off stage right to off stage left. The track is ceiling hung from the black permanent cyclorama. approx. 25 2
Soft Goods One Main Proscenium curtain follows the contour of the top step and can be controlled electronically from back stage right or from the Projection Booth. During the production meeting, lighting calls that involve hanging and focusing a plot that varies from the Museum house plot will be discussed with Museum Production Manager. Changes made to the house plot will be returned to original position and color, labor and rental cost to be deferred to the client. Client to supply their own color.

Communications Communications are provided by wired Portacom Headset with 4 belt packs available for use between any 4 of the 5 following positions. DSL, DSR, Front-of-house, lighting, and sound. All amplified audio can be simulcast into Greenroom 20 LCD Screen with coax connection to Projection Booth is available. Client provided camera is necessary for video feed Dressing Rooms 1 - 12 person Greenroom located downstairs stage left Includes small side dressing room and refrigerator 1 - 1 person room located stage right Dressing rooms have toilets, make-up mirrors, and clothes racks. Flame/Pyro Use of flame or smoke effect, including but not limited to cigarettes, candles, smokepots, or pyrotechnic devices is prohibited unless arranged in advance and approved by the Production Manager Plants/Flowers Any plant item brought into the Auditorium must be clean and free of insects and other pests. No potted live plants or trees permitted on the premises. Fresh cut flowers in water allowed. Loading Dock The loading dock is located one floor below stage level. It connects to stage left via a freight elevator. Please schedule access to the loading dock during the production meeting. The loading dock is located in the Museums south parking lot on Cuvier Street inbetween Prospect Street and Coast Boulevard. Please check in with the front desk before driving down to the dock so that the appropriate Museum representative can meet you to open the dock doors. A smaller load in may also happen through HL side doors. There are 6 steps to stage level. Parking in loading dock must be arranged prior to arrival and will need to be moved after unloading. Special circumstances and requests will be considered.
Other parking must use surrounding public parking spaces. Two Stools. Phone Line and Credit Card Machine Jacks available. Auditorium Seating 492 seats are permanently attached in theater style configuration. All seats are letter and number assigned. Wheelchair seating is provided at the front of house for up to 6 guests. 6 additional ADA swing open seats are provided throughout the permanently affixed seating, these seat numbers are Q15, P18, G15, G16, G101, G114.
