Master / Slave operation Correct operation of the drive was tested using the UK SIT MAST simulator. This verified ATA compliance across the range of permitted timings for PDIAG & DASP that could be encountered when the drive is integrated with storage devices from other manufacturers. Both Hard Resets and Power on Resets were tested. The drive was tested in both the master and slave position.
