Dual-factor authentication, requiring both the iCLASS card and the user's hand insures that only the right people gain access. Strong, 64-bit authentication keys maintain the security of the card and the information stored on it, which includes RSI's 9-byte hand geometry template. This flexible solution allows you to add additional protected applications to the iCLASS card without affecting the security of the biometric template. Since the biometric information for each person is stored on the card, it travels throughout your access control network via the user. This eliminates the need to make any changes, including network wiring, to pre existing access control systems and can reduce the cost of new networks. Integration is fast, simple, and affordable.
