The oven is no doubt one of the most important appliances in your kitchen. Choosing the right oven to suit the space you have and the way you want to cook is key to the success of your new kitchen. Whatever size or type of kitchen you have, Electrolux offers you a choice of ovens that really allows you to express your individual taste and cooking style.

Short of space?

A single oven has a combined grill and is ideally suited for installation in-column or beneath a hob, under the worktop. A double oven is installed at eye level which is the most convenient working height. The two ovens mean you can use the oven and grill at the same time in different cavities, or you have a second oven, perfect for everyday meals or when entertaining family and friends. If you want the convenience of a double oven but do not have the space, then the built-under double ovens are the ideal solution. Cleverly designed to replace a single oven and its housing, they offer double oven features in the space of a single oven.

Oven Cleaning

Pyrolytic Cleaning - ovens that clean themselves Its the only cleaning function that cleans all of the oven - top, sides, back, door, light and oven base - plus its efficient, and extremely safe to use with the oven being designed around the pyrolytic function - rather than the other way round. Pyrolytic ovens remove the need for you to spend your time cleaning your oven by hand It is more friendly to the environment as you do not need to use cleaning products on your oven
Catalytic liners - to help your oven stay clean A special Catalytic coating is used on many of the ovens which absorbs any splashes during cooking to help keep the oven cleaner. When the oven is set to its highest temperature the special coating then helps clean off the splashes.
An Ultrafan oven makes use of a fan to gently circulate the heat evenly around the oven. The fan is at the back of the oven surrounded by a heating element. This clever design gives faster heat up times, shorter cooking times at lower temperatures and an even cooking temperature throughout the oven. As well as being ideal for batch baking, or cooking on more than one shelf, it ensures there is no transfer of flavours, so sweet and savoury dishes can be cooked together. Defrost The fan simply circulates the air around the oven. This allows you to defrost food quickly and hygienically in half the time without having to use a microwave. Conventional Cooking This method of cooking is perfect for your favourite recipes to be cooked in the traditional way, using top and bottom heating elements. This makes it particularly good for cooking pastry, cakes or for one shelf cooking. Turbo grilling This gives an authentic spit roast effect without needing to baste or turn the joint. It combines the grill and the fan to give a crisp but tender result.
Easy to clean enamel With a durable high gloss enamel interior making it easier to wipe away grease and spillage immediately after cooking. The construction of the door in single ovens allows you to remove the door and the glass for very easy cleaning. Removable glass panes Through the clever design and construction of the doors, all our cookers have removable full width and height inner panes of glass in both the top and bottom doors. For easier cleaning the glass can simply lift out and wipe completely clean. Removable oven furniture To keep your cooker looking clean all the shelves and shelf supports can be easily removed and placed in the dishwasher.
Safety for you and your family The inner and outer panes of glass in our oven doors are heat reflective, and depending upon the model chosen, two, three or four panes of glass are used in total to ensure the outer door temperature is cooler. This reduces the risk of injury, giving you peace of mind, as well as making the oven more economical to use. Thoughtful features like auto-stop, anti-tip shelves ensure your oven is safer to use.

Induction hobs - the coolest way to hob cook. Faster than gas, more energy efficient and so precise you can melt chocolate directly in the pan!
Induction is really like cooking by magnetism! Heat is only activated when there is a pan on the hob - and it is instantaneous, which mean induction cooking is faster than gas and also more controllable. Ultrafan multifunction oven For the best results whatever youre preparing, our top of the range electric cookers offer you an Ultrafan plus multifunction cooking. You can chose fan cooking, conventional cooking and grilling as well as combining other oven functions such as the pizza setting or fan grilling. Theyre all combined in the one oven offering a range of ways to cook your food and achieve the best results. (Please refer to page 10 for oven functions available.) Ultrafan oven A true fan oven makes use of a fan to gently circulate the heat evenly around the oven. The fan is at the back of the oven surrounded by a heating element. This clever design reduces pre-heating times, achieves shorter cooking times at lower cooking temperatures and an even temperature throughout the oven. As well as being ideal for batch baking, or cooking on more than one shelf, it ensures there is no transfer of flavours, so sweet and savoury dishes can be cooked together. Ultrazone gas oven Our gas cooker will give you flexible control and ease of cooking as well as a stylishly designed cooker for your kitchen. The Ultrazone oven is great for cooking foods requiring different temperatures such as your Sunday roast and Yorkshire puddings, as the oven is hotter at the top and cooler at the bottom. Perfect for your meal to be cooked all in one go. Full width grill / roasting dish Our flexible grill pans offer one of the largest grilling areas available and the grill doubles up as a full width roasting dish perfect for cooking Sunday lunch.
