Digital Touch Controls Easy to use, highly responsive touch controls which give precise control of all the ovens functions at the touch of a finger. Avantgarde Technology The latest in digital oven technology: incorporating advanced features such as automatic meat probe programs, automatic weight programs, temperature proposal, programmable recipes, display and acoustic settings, memory functions, electronic temperature regulation and automatic recipes. Residual Heat Indication Indicates the level of heat in the oven after it has been switched off.
Perfect in function All AEG-Electrolux ovens are designed with interior illumination, which not only looks stylish but also provides easy viewing of what is cooking. Telescopic shelf runners are an additional accessory which enable the baking shelves to glide out effortlessly.
Temperature Probe The electronic meat probe takes the guess work out of cooking and provides perfect cooking results every time.
Integral Venting System Integral venting system circulates cool air around the oven to keep the outside cool and protect kitchen furniture
LED Fully Electronic Display Interactive Digital Cooking with LED Display. 1. Scrolls through the oven functions indicating functions available to select. 2. The oven can be programmed to switch on and begin cooking and then switch off after a set duration, giving you full control over your cooking.
Steam More than twenty years of professional cooking experience has shown that cooking with steam is the best way to prepare mouth-watering dishes with a maximum of taste. When using wet steam, more vitamins and minerals are retained in the food and the natural colour and texture is preserved. The loss of weight is also kept at a minimum as a higher quantity of water stays in the products.
Count Up Timer Lets you know how long the oven has been on. Anti-fingerprint stainless steel Our range of AEG-Electrolux models now have anti-fingerprint stainless steel, which ensures your ovens always look good in your kitchen.

CLEANING FEATURES

Diamond Glaze Enamel A smooth enamel interior for ease of cleaning. Pyroluxe Cleaning System Cleans the oven by burning off the most stubborn cooking residues from the ovens internal enamel surface, leaving only ash to simply wipe away with a damp cloth when the oven has cooled. Once the Pyroluxe setting is selected, the temperature rises to 500C, locking the oven door at 300C for safety. With the quadruple glazed door reducing surface temperatures, the AEG-Electrolux Pyroluxe oven door is safe to touch even at 500C. Pyroluxe keeps your oven hygienically clean without using chemicals. Light Cleaning and Intensive Cleaning options are available on all Pyroluxe ovens.
Fold Down Grill Selected models feature a fold down grill to enable the oven roof to be cleaned easily.
Removable Panes Selected AEG-Electrolux single and double ovens have full glass inner doors. Selected single ovens have removable panes for easy cleaning.

SAFETY FEATURES

Isofront / Isofront Plus Double / triple / quadruple glazed door. Multi-layered glass panes, with heat reflective coating, to keep the heat in the oven and keeps the front of the oven at a safe temperature. Auto Safety Switch Off Your oven will automatically switch off if you inadvertently leave it on or do not alter the temperature after a predetermined time. Function / Child Button Lock This safety feature can be activated to prevent changes or interruptions to a cooking function / program that has been selected. This safety feature allows you to lock the oven controls to prevent children from activating the oven. The clock will display the word LO, the cool safe door will prevent children from burns even while the oven is operating. Safe Mode When this function is selected it prevents the oven from being switched on. SAFE is displayed in the control panel.

Oven Functions This symbol represents the number of oven functions. Vigorous Steam T he steam generator works at a fixed temperature of 96oC. Ideal for vegetables, rice, fish and reheating meals. Interval Plus A lternates between steam and air using 50% steam and 50% hot air. Ideal for food with a high moisture content or for reheating convenience foods. Variable Single Grill U ses the inner part of the grill element, ideal for smaller portions such as 4 slices of toast. By only using one element it saves energy. True Fan T he fan gently circulates hot air to give an even temperature. True Fan offers a range of benefits: does not require preheating, prevents transfer of flavours, keeps the oven cleaner and in turn, saves energy. Dual Circuit Variable Grill U ses the inner and outer part of the grill element, to provide full width even grilling, ideal for 6 slices of toast. Interval Steam A lternates between steam and hot air using 25% steam and 75% hot air. Ideal for baking, roasting and complete meal cooking. Fan Controlled Defrosting S uitable for delicate items such as cream cakes, this light defrost function circulates room temperature air around the food slowly, defrosting it in less time. Conventional Cooking H eat from the top and bottom elements provide traditional cooking for the professional cook. Ideal for baking bread and cakes.
Keep Warm H eat from the top and bottom elements are used to maintain a temperature of 80C, ideal for keeping food warm until ready to serve. Speedcook P revents the need to preheat the oven for all types of food ideal for cooking convenience foods. These foods can be cooked in the exact cooking time that is specified on the packet.
Rotitherm Roasting T he fan circulates hot air from the grill element for the perfect authentic spit roast effect for meat, poultry and roasting potatoes, offering the benefits of rotisserie without the mess. Bottom Heat H eat from the bottom element only, ideal for reheating pies and pastries. Top Heat Browning H eat from the top element only, ideal for browning lasagne or shepherds pie. Slow Cook U ses low temperature to gently cook. Ideal for casseroles. Microwave M icrowave energy creates friction with the moisture content of the food, which creates heat and cooks food quickly and conveniently. Moist Fan F an cooking with a moist environment.
Fan Baking T he fan circulates hot air, which is generated by the bottom and ring elements for perfect results when batch baking.

Pyroluxe T he oven temperature is taken up to 500C where any food spillage on the ovens internal enamel surface is reduced to ash.

True Fan Cooking Hot air circulates around the oven using a ring element and the fan, giving all the benefits of True Fan cooking. Quartz Grill Faster heat up time than a radiant grill with a smooth surface for easy cleaning. Grill & Microwave Traditional grilling with microwave reducing cooking time. Microwave Microwave energy creates friction with the moisture content of the food, which creates heat and cooks food quickly and conveniently.

MICROWAVE FEATURES

Fully Programmable Timer 12 or 24 hour clock with a digital display and programmable timer. Electronic Rotary Control Turning the knob selects the power level, cooking time and also selects weight when using auto programs. Child Lock Available on all AEG-Electrolux models for safety and peace of mind. Quick Start Function Starts on full power at the press of a button. Each operation gives 30 seconds of cooking. Can be pressed up to 5 times continuously for convenience. Audible Cooking End Signal Indicates when the food is ready. Bright Oven Light Easy to see inside during operation and when the door is open.

MICROWAVE INSTALLATION

All AEG-Electrolux microwaves are now fully built-in therefore no building-in kits are required. The combination microwave has a triple glazed door and can be built under the worktop or built in-column. All other models should be built incolumn and 60cm models can be built over an oven or refrigerator. NB: Features may vary depending on model. Please refer to product specifications.
