Important Your claim must be received within 28 days of the date of purchase. Final date for claims is 28th June 2010. If, for any reason, the delivery of your appliance is delayed, you should submit your claim anyway. Your details will be used by the Electrolux Group of Companies and the Domestic & General group of companies for guarantee administration, breakdown insurance and marketing purposes. No information supplied by you will be disclosed to any third party (except sometimes in relation to repairing your equipment). Terms & Conditions 1. This offer is available on appliances purchased between 1st April 2010 to 31st May 2010 inclusive. It applies to AEG models A75106GA, A75100GA4, F50872, F87000MP, L64850LE, L64840, L64840L, L66840, L74650, L74950A3, L14840, L16850, S70176TK, S70170TK38, S70318KG5, S72398KA6, A75278GA, S75340KG98, S75438KG, S75348KG98, S75400KG8, S80368KG, S75340KG98, T56840L, T35850 & F50877. 2. All applications for the free extended warranty, which covers parts and labour, must be received on this ofcial application form together with proof of purchase and registration card within 28 days of the date of purchase.
3. The extended warranty strictly applies from the date of purchase
there is an insurance policy covering such loss, we will not be liable for more than our rateable proportion.
6. Replacement a) If we consider the equipment to be beyond
economical repair we may pay you the replacement cost of the equipment of similar specication. PLEASE NOTE: The original equipment becomes our property and may be disposed of with our consent. b) Upon nal settlement of the claim, we will have discharged our liability under this cover.

7. All claims must be accompanied by a till receipt.
Exceptions to cover These exceptions are applicable to all sections of this cover except where indicated
1. We shall not be liable for loss, damage or costs incurred:
a) For which the manufacturer, supplier or another person may be held responsible under terms of another warranty guarantee. b) In respect of, or as a result of, modication of all equipment in a model range. c) If the equipment is, or has been, used for commercial or other non-domestic purposes, unless otherwise endorsed on the Cover Document. d) Outside the United Kingdom, The Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, unless otherwise endorsed on the Cover Document. e) In respect of, or as a result of, routine maintenance, descaling, cleaning, overhaul or modication. f) Where no fault is found in the equipment.
2. We shall not be liable for loss, damage or costs incurred as a result
and follows on from the manufacturers warranty.
4. If, after 28 days from sending your application, you have not
received cover documentation, you should notify Domestic & General Services Ltd on 748, as claims for free cover cannot be considered later than 28 days after the closing date of this offer.
5. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No
responsibility can be accepted for applications lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
6. In the event of a machine breakdown, you must contact an
authorised Service Force agent on 929. Any service work must be carried out by Service Force. Failure to do so may affect the settlement of your claim. Conditions of cover
1. Failure to obtain an authorisation number from the Domestic
Appliance Claims Department for any one claim that is estimated to be in excess of 125 could affect the nal settlement.
2. Fraud All benets under this cover are forfeited if a fraudulent
of: a) Accidental damage, corrosion, impact, malicious damage or theft, attempted theft. b) Storm, ood, re, lightning or explosion. c) War, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power. d) Ionisation, radiation or, unless naturally occurring, contamination by radioactivity. e) Pressure waves caused by aircraft and other devices travelling at sonic or supersonic speeds. f) Strikes or industrial action. g) Disregard of manufacturers operating/user maintenance instructions. h) Modication or servicing not in accordance with manufacturers instructions. i) Incorrect installation, modication or maintenance of electricity or water supplies or systems. j) Suspension or termination of any mains service due to any act, failure or default by you or other persons. k) Loss of use or other consequential loss, including loss or damage caused while gaining access or reinstating tted equipment.

3. We shall not be liable if any part or component is no longer

3. Transfer This cover is not transferable to any other equipment. It may,
