Promotional period 1.10.08 to 31.12.08 Customers are entitled to claim Marks and Spencer vouchers for any qualifying products purchased during the period of the promotion.
1. This promotion is only open and applicable to the purchase of AEG freestanding refrigeration and laundry products. 2. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. 3. This promotion is not open to employees of AEG Electrolux, their families or anyone else professionally connected with this offer. 4. In order to qualify, you must submit your application within 28 days of purchasing your product. 5. The closing date for receipt of applications is 31.1.09. Any applications received after this date will be deemed invalid. 6. To qualify for the promotion you must send the following documents: shown overleaf signed/stamped by the retailer your product and dated within the promotional period. 7. Provided that the terms and conditions of this promotion have been met, the appropriate value of Marks and Spencer vouchers will be sent to you by recorded delivery within 28 days. 8. Applications will be screened for validity to ensure that: qualifying product to AEG Electrolux. 9. In the event of a product failing or being replaced during the voucher claim period and if the voucher claim has not been paid out, the original claim will be voided and you will need to re-submit your claim accordingly against your replacement order. If the product is returned after the voucher claim has been accepted and paid, it is at AEG Electroluxs discretion to deduct the voucher claim amount from any future refunds relating to this order. 10. The customer claiming for Marks and Spencer vouchers will be responsible for any tax implications there may be. 13. As part of applying for and receiving a cash back reimbursement, it is the responsibility of VAT registered companies to consider and act upon the following statement from HMRC: If you are VAT registered and you receive cash back this reduces the taxable value of your purchase and you must reduce your input tax accordingly. HMRC will assess for over-claimed input tax where these adjustments are not made. 14. This promotion will not affect your statutory rights. 15. AEG Electrolux cannot accept liability for any applications lost, damaged or destroyed in the post.
