NOTES (only look at the note that applies to your screen from the previous table) * The mount includes 12.7mm tall spacers 1 All hardware may not be included. If you are missing the additional fasteners needed for your screen, then please contact Customer Care at 1-800-729-0307. 2 If back of screen has a bumpout at bottom, then you may need to shift the brackets up so mount would miss it. 3 Remove the knobs on the back of the screen. Attach the mounting brackets to the mounting holes where the knobs used to be. 4 Use outter-most mounting holes 5 Remove cover, knob, handle, or original screws from TV before attaching bracket. 6 If back of screen has a bumpout, or if mounting holes lie in pockets, then use M4 X 25 mm screw with 12.7mm tall spacers 7 If screw is too small, then use M5 X 12 mm screw. 8 If mounting holes lie inside pockets, then use M8x25mm screws with 8.7mm ID spacers 9 If screen bumpout hits mount, then contact Customer Care for 15.9mm tall spacers ( not included ) 10 Use M8 x 25mm screws with 8.7mm ID spacers for top mounting holes. Use M8 x 40mm screws with 8.7mm ID spacers for bottom mounting holes 11 If screw gets less than 3 threads of engagement, then try the next longer length screw. If all longer lengths have been tried, and there is still less than 3 threads of engagement, then contact Customer Care for assistance. 12 If back of screen has a bumpout, then remove it, or contact Customer Care for 15.9mm tall spacers and M5x40mm screws (both are not included ). Stack the spacers with 12.7mm tall spacers that come with the mount. 13 Each top mounting hole requires stacking an 8.7mm ID spacer with a 15.9mm tall spacer ( not included ) and an M8x40mm screw. Bottom threaded holes require 15.9mm tall spacers ( not included ) and M8x25mm screws. 14 Remove all accessories, such as the D-Box, from the back of the screen. If you want to attach these accessories directly to the screen, then call Customer Care for a dedicated mount or mount accessory. 15 If you get less than 4 full threads of engagement, then contact Customer Care for M4x16mm screws (not included ) 16 If you get less than 4 full threads of engagement, then contact Customer Care for M5x16mm screws (not included ) 17 If you get less than 3 full threads of engagement, then contact Customer Care for M6x16mm screws (not included ) 18 If you get less than 3 full threads of engagement, then contact Customer Care for M8x30mm screws (not included ) 19 Top mounting holes require these fasteners, which are not included : M4x20mm, 6.4mm tall spacer, and M4 large OD washer. Place them in this order: bracket to washer to spacer to screen. 20 No Security. Requires (4) 1/4-20x1/2" screws and (4) 1/4-20 hexnuts (not included ). Refer to Bobcat instruction for removing the Mounting Plate from the back of the screen. Attach the mounting brackets to the Bobcat Mounting Plate using the 1/4-20 screws and hexnuts, then install that back onto screen. For security option, contact Customer Care for a dedicated mount. 21 If any mounting hole lies in a dimple, then place a 3.2mm thick washer ( not included ) in the dimple. 22 If any mounting hole lies in a dimple, then place an M5 flat washer (not included ) in the dimple. 50" screens require 2 more M5x12 screws. 23 Requires stacking 31.8mm tall spacers ( not included ) and 12.7mm tall spacers 24 Requires M4x35mm screws and 19.1mm tall spacers (both are not included ). Remove the cable cover from the back of the screen first. Shift the brackets down so that they are out of view when looking down from the front of the screen. 90 Hardware specifications are not currently available. Please contact Customer Care at 1-800729-0307 and ask for technical support to assist in the determination of your specific hardware configuration. 91 May require deep brackets.
