. Midland G8 offers 3 new innovative features: Emergency function: just press the Emergency button to transmit an emergency call and talk to all the G8 within your range, even on different channels. Out of range function: just press a button to send a request and check if there are other radios operating within your range. Vox Talk Back function: if one radio is continuously transmitting in VOX, the Vox TB will automatically stop the transmission after 20 seconds to allow the transmission to the other users as well
