Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd. is not responsible for CPE changes, which are not tested separately. In case of an End User in-house problem, Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd. will test the line synchronisation with an Alcatel SDSL modem/router as reference. It is possible that the modem from another manufacturer does not synchronise due to a longer distance between the Central Office and the End User.
