Alesis Rebate Terms: This offer valid only with the purchase of an Alesis Performance Pad or Control Pad from authorized dealers in the United States between the dates of 03/01/2008 and 05/31/2008. To receive rebate, simply fill out the attached coupon and mail with receipt and the original product UPC code to Alesis. All claims must be postmarked no later than 6/15/08 and received on or before 6/30/08. Alesis will not honor delayed submissions due to dealers being out of stock on any product in this promotion.
