| Small size works great for desk top. Good sound, easy to install and use. These speakers are as good a buy for the price tag as any audiophile could possibly expect. | It reproduces sounds so clear you would think you were in your own studio instead of just using your computer. Compact Design","Easy To Use". These are good speakers if one is interested in listening to music in a small room setting or sitting in somewhat close proximity to the speakers. | |

Theatre Technical Specifications and Equipment
Location of Theatre The Theatre is located in uptown Harrisburg at 2701 North Third Street, just south of Division Street. On the south side of the Theatre is the former Polyclinic (Pinnacle Health) Medical Center and on the North side is the Zembo Shrine Temple. One block north is the Harrisburg Italian Lake which is surrounded by beautiful plants and walkways. A short distance to the West is the Susquehanna River, which has a beautiful park all along it.
Contact Information The auditorium itself falls under the control of the Stage Manager but rentals are channeled through the Valley of Harrisburg Scottish Rite Business Office and handled by the Valleys staff. CARPENTRY The auditorium is of the Proscenium Type. The main floor has 1214 seats as well as two areas for handicapped accommodation. The balcony has seating for 40 people. Please note that the balcony is not generally used for public performances. Note: The Orchestra Pit is permanent and does not move. It is approximately 1 below the auditorium floor, and five feet below stage level. The pit may be accessed through a doorway under the stage at stage right. This is accessed from the basement. There is also access from the floor of the auditorium. See Appendix 1 for auditorium floor layout. Stairs are available to bridge from the stage apron to the auditorium floor, stage center. See Appendix 2 for stage layout. LOAD-IN AREA Load-in is at stage level via a loading door at the rear of stage left, accessible from Wiconisco Street. Stage door dimension is 10 high by 8 wide, 4 from the ground. Ramps are available to bridge from truck floor to dock. In addition, there is a ground level ramp at the rear of the building that allows access to the house. FLY SYSTEM The Fly Rail is located stage left at stage level, with a weight-loading gallery accessible also from stage left via stairs. The system is a Single Purchase counterweight type, consisting of 46 rails with individual arbor capacity of 700 pounds. Among the rails are 5 electrics, 3 full-width travelers, several borders and teasers permanently secured and several others which have drops on them that cannot readily be moved. Consistory Stage personnel will make every effort to comply with requests for rails and space but the security of old and delicate drops is of concern and will not be compromised. See Appendix 3 for fly system information.
HOUSE GOODS The Proscenium Curtain is a rich red velvet and is very heavy. A motor/drum on stage left controls this curtain. In addition there are two black velour Travelers and a tan traveler. These cannot be moved from rail to rail. Trimming can be done with four (4) pairs of black velour legs and black teasers. Other Drapery: Other drapes, drops, scrims, cycs, etc. can be rented from the customary supply houses and shipped to our location. The Scottish Rite will not be responsible for freight or other charges for any item. The Scottish Rite does have a limited number of drops/scrims that may be rented for a nominal fee if needed. A list of drops is available from the stage manager. See Appendix 5 for line set details.
DRESSING ROOMS There are two very large dressing rooms located beneath the stage. These rooms both contain lighted make-up areas with barber chairs for performers to relax in while being made-up. There are also several movable racks for costumes. Access to dressing areas is provided by stairs located off both stage left and stage right. Lavatory facilities are located in the ends of each room and they both include large walk-in showers. Please provide your own towels and soap.
SUPPORT AREA A large workshop/storage area is available directly behind the rear wall of the stage and is accessible from either wing and from the load-in area.
CREWS Your Crew will consist of at least two authorized Consistory Stage Crew members. If you desire to use the house sound system, an additional member may be required. Additional crew may be contracted for when making rental arrangements. Call outs are a minimum of 4 hours. Hourly rates will be provided by the Valley Office. If additional personnel are needed they may be hired from Production Services of Harrisburg or other Production Companies in the area. Hiring personnel from a production company will be the responsibility of the renter. Hiring personnel from a production company will not relieve the renter from the obligation of hiring required house personnel.

Road Show: Disconnects are available on Stage Left for road show feed. This disconnect has 5 lugs for hook-up. All other on-stage circuits use 3-pin stage plug connectors (Camlock). This panel is part of the 300 Amp total load available and is not on a separate circuit. See Appendix 4 for circuit breaker information. All patching/channel assignment is done at the lighting control panel. There is no patch panel. Additional (road show) dimmers may be added to the system at the expense of the lessee for enhanced capability.
In addition, 24 low priority circuits may be diverted for overhead lighting, etc. by using the either/or panel at stage left. This panel also provides connectivity to eight circuits located on the balcony rail. These circuits are currently connected to the 8/10 ellipsoidals attached to the balcony rail. The stage manager or a designated assistant will provide assistance in using this panel.

Fixed Stage Instruments Four (4) Border strips on fly-pipes (not relocatable) each consisting of alternating White, Yellow, Red, Blue convex lenses. Colors are separately addressable, as are stage left, stage right. Each Border strip has an ETC flex-channel circuit with 6 drops, and also one addressable multi-drop circuit on each side (Border 1 has multiple addressable drops). See Appendix 3 for pipe locations. All border strip drops are equipped with 3-pin stage plugs. Eight (8) footlight strips may be rotated from beneath the stage apron, each consisting of alternating White, Red, Blue convex lenses. Colors are separately addressable, as are stage left, stage right. Six (6) sets of addressable flush-mounted floor pockets (3 sets per side) can be used for additional power requirements. The pockets are equipped with 2- 3-pin stage plugs receptacles each on its own circuit. Additional Edison-plug power outlets of limited amperage are available along the plaster line, rear and side walls.
Sound System Control Location Sound booth is located at the left rear of the auditorium at balcony level. Access to the booth is via stairs also at the left rear. Television monitors are located stage left, stage right, in the workroom and in the lower level dressing room below stage right. Video recording is also available from the balcony-mounted camera. Audio monitor speakers are also available with connections on stage left and stage right.
Communication (8) ClearCom single-cup headsets w/boom microphones and belt packs, with receptacles on stage left, stage right, balcony, sound booth and a wall-mounted handset in rear of auditorium provide communication between crew and rental coordinators. Master unit is located stage left above the main curtain control box.

Stage Information: The stage is a concrete deck painted gray. Black Marley is available. The stage contains no masking or wing space. Stage entrances are at stage right and left. There is a red valor drop (curtain) available to be hung at back wall of stage. This curtain is suggested to gain maximum acoustic quality in the venue.
Stage Dimensions: 58.9-feet wide 27-feet max depth -feet height at highest point 2 ft. 5 in. height of stage from house floor. Loading Area: The loading area is at ground level; there is a loading ramp from the drive to stage level. The ramp is 3ft. wide and 15ft. long.

Front fills are JBL JRX125 and JBL SP212 or EAW KF300. Subwoofers are available and placed on house floor at SL and SR. Subs are Yamaha SW118. Fills for porch area at rear of venue available. Room monitors available in the control room and SR and SL rooms. All speakers are delayed appropriately. There is to be no smoking in any part of the facility. There is no specific dressing room space available. There is a large room beneath the stage that can be used as dressing room/warm up space. Also the SL room and two (2) small rooms beneath the stage can also be used.
