| Difficult to install and use. The software is sub par and the unit is not for professional or quality work. Device good. Software too complicated I just wanted to capture VCR tapes & burn them. The ULEAD software supplied is far too complex for a simple job. | |

| Failed after only a little use. No customer support. Installation was typical. It was easy to use. not happy product was advertised to work on windows 7. | |

| Have tried 4 time to install and work it and each time my computer crashes! I have lost my Roxio due to the problems with it. pretty much plug and play for my purposes. I am well satisfied with the quality of the final output - no degradation of the quality from the tape. | |

| Someone else posted the most helpful hint for me. Download the free AVS Video Recorder that works great for Video Capture. I bought Pinnacle device. Instruction book is not very helpful. No instructions regarding the Ulead video studio 9SE at all. | |
